You can upgrade a Sales or Fulfillment Channel from a Deprecated to a Current version. This allows you to take advantage of its newest features, updated documentation, and continued support.

A. HOW UPGRADING WORKS
When upgrading a Channel, techOMS converts your settings based on differences between the Deprecated and Current versions. Some settings are kept as-is, while others are adjusted or replaced depending on their availability and type.

B. UPGRADING A CHANNEL


To Upgrade a Sales or Fulfillment Channel:
1. Click Channels from the left menu under the Sales or Fulfillment Channels section.
2. Select the Deprecated Channels you want to upgrade.
3. Press Maintenance.
4. Click on Upgrade Version.
A pop-up message will display the upgrade operation result.
WARNING: After upgrading, review the Channel settings, as some default or merged values may differ from your needs.
