To set up your Fulfillment Channels in techOMS, you will have to create and configure them properly.
Setting up the Channel is a 3 phase process:
- Create the channel
- Configure channel connection, references routing and additional elements
- Set up mappings (if required)
You can begin this process by clicking on the blue icon in the Setup Steps column of the desired fulfillment channel.
The following table summarizes the features supported for each Fulfillment Channel:
- Name: The name of the Fulfillment Channel.
- Mappings
- SO Ref.: Indicates whether the integration supports mapping references for Sales Orders and Sales Order Lines.
- PO Ref.: Indicates whether the integration supports mapping references for Purchase Orders and Purchase Order Lines.
NOTE: All integrations support SKU and Carrier information mapping.
- Additional Features
- L/S #: Indicates whether the integration supports receiving Lot (L) and Serial (S) numbers (#).
NOTE: All integrations support recurring jobs for automations.
- L/S #: Indicates whether the integration supports receiving Lot (L) and Serial (S) numbers (#).
- Inventory Sync
- Man.: Allows for manual inventory synchronization.
- Auto: Allows for automatic inventory synchronization.
- Product Sync
- Imp.: Indicates whether importing products from the Fulfillment Channel is supported.
- Exp.: Indicates whether exporting products to the Fulfillment channel is supported.
- Cancellation Sync
- Ship.: Indicates whether canceling a shipment in techOMS effectively cancels it in the fulfillment channel.
- Rec.: Indicates whether canceling a receipt in techOMS effectively cancels it in the fulfillment channel.
WARNING: If a channel is marked as unsupported for Cancellation Sync, cancellations must be performed separately in the fulfillment channel portal to reflect changes.
- Beta: Indicates whether the Fulfillment Channel is in beta version.
NOTE: Within techOMS, older stable versions of Beta Channels are listed as Deprecated. Current Beta and non-Beta Channels are listed as Current.
