techOMS Fulfillment Channels - Master List [Guides List]

In order to set up your Fulfillment Channels in techOMS, you will have to create and configure them properly.


Setting up the Channel is a 3 phase process:

  1. Create the channel
  2. Configure channel connection, references routing and additional elements
  3. Set up mappings (if required)


You can begin this process by clicking on the blue icon in the Setup Steps column of the desired fulfillment channel.


The following table summarizes the features supported for each Fulfillment Channel: 

  • Name: The name of the Fulfillment Channel.
  • Mappings
    • SKU: Indicates whether the integration supports mapping SKUs.
    • Carrier: Indicates whether the integration supports mapping carrier information.
    • SO Ref.: Indicates whether the integration supports mapping references for Sales Orders and Sales Order Lines.
    • PO Ref.: Indicates whether the integration supports mapping references for Purchase Orders and Purchase Order Lines.
  • Additional Features
    • Suppress PII: Indicates whether it is possible to suppress Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
    • Partial Backorder: Indicates whether partial backorder is supported.
    • Lot #: Indicates whether the integration supports receiving lot numbers.
    • No Register: Indicates whether the fulfillment channel can be used without registering on another platform.
  • Sync
    • Manual: Allows for manual inventory synchronization.
    • Auto: Allows for automatic inventory synchronization.
  • Beta: Indicates whether the Fulfillment Channel is in beta version.
  • Setup Steps: Provides a link to the setup steps article.


The Fulfillment Channels are listed in alphabetical order.
