When setting up a ShipBob Carrier account, you will have to:
WARNING: This carrier doesn't support International or APO/DPO/FPO shipping.
WARNING: When shipping multi-carton orders, ShipBob can potentially assign different Carriers and Services to each box. If your WMS does not has the capability to update information at that level, split the multi-carton order in individual single carton orders, for ShipBob to update each one accordingly.
If the split is not done, techSHIP will update the order with the first box Carrier and Service.

If the Carrier baseline account has already been set up and you intend to add a new Billing Account, refer to: How to add and set up a ShipBob Billing Account [Step-by-Step guide]

SERVICE CODE UPDATES
ShipBob, by default, features two visible services: Standard Ground and Standard Premium.
These will be updated back to your WMS by default. If instead doing so, you wish to update the selected final mile carrier, you will have to:
- Configure the Service Code Mappings accordingly by:
- Follow the instructions in How to set up Carrier Service Code Mappings - [Step-by-step guide]
- Complete the External Code for update with the following value: {ConsolidatorActualCarrierCode}
- Complete the External SCAC Code for update with the following value:
{ConsolidatorActualServiceCode}NOTE: If you want to pass the names instead of the codes, you can interchange the values from #2 and #3, you can use {ConsolidatorActualCarrierName} and {ConsolidatorActualServiceName} respectively.
- Have a matching Carrier + Service structure in your WMS based on the selected Carrier and Service codes returned by ShipBob
Once these are properly configured and matching, techSHIP will dynamically update your WMS with the last mile carrier selected by ShipBob instead of ShipBob/Standard Ground/Standard Premium.
Once ready, proceed to setting up the Billing Account as described in:
