ShipBob - Onboarding Requirements [Information]

When onboarding/adding a new ShipBob account the following information needs to be provided and verified:


WARNING: This carrier doesn't support International or APO/DPO/FPO shipping.


WARNING: When shipping multi-carton orders, ShipBob can potentially assign different Carriers and Services to each box. If your WMS does not has the capability to update information at that level, split the multi-carton order in individual single carton orders, for ShipBob to update each one accordingly.
If the split is not done, techSHIP will update the order with the first box Carrier and Service.


NOTE: Tracking number assignment to each box might have delays. Once these are provided by ShipBob, these will update the WMS according to how the Billing Account has been configured.



TO BE PROVIDED


- ShipBob SBL (Shipping) Token

- ShipBob PAT (Rate) Token 

- Location ID

- Fulfillment Center ID


TO BE VERIFIED


1) The Tokens and IDs have been provided by your ShipBob representative.


WARNING: Any missing or non-validated, incorrect setup or information will delay the setup process.
