When managing reference mappings within a Fulfillment Channel, you may need to import or export them. This is especially useful for quickly configuring a new channel with existing settings. This saves time and reduces the risk of manual errors.
The file format used for these operations is Comma-Separated Values (CSV).
WARNING: This feature is only available for Beta Fulfillment Channels as listed in techOMS Fulfillment Channels - Master List [Guides List].


To import or export reference mappings:
1. Click Channels from the left menu under the Fulfillment Channels section.
2. Click on the fulfillment channel name.
3. Open the Reference Mappings tab.
4. Press Maintenance and select:
- Import: Upload a CSV file containing reference mappings.
WARNING: Before importing, make sure the source and destination channels use the same application. If the applications differ, the import will not show an error, but the mappings will fail.
NOTE: Importing adds new mappings without overwriting existing ones. The changes are saved automatically.
- Export: Download all currently saved reference mappings from the channel as a CSV file.
NOTE: Exporting only includes mappings that have already been saved. Unsaved changes are excluded.
If you choose Export, the CSV file is automatically downloaded to your browser.
If you choose Import, a new window appears. Click inside the Files field to select your CSV file, then press Import.
After the import process completes, a confirmation message displays the results. Click OK to close it.
