When rate shopping an order, you might encounter the error "No best rate found for destination" or "Failed to find any rates for this order".
This error can occur for several reasons, but a common cause is when using DHL E-Commerce for a domestic shipment where the package dimensions exceed the carrier's limits.

techSHIP has a built-in validation to prevent unexpected surcharges from DHL for oversized packages. The system checks if the package's Length + Girth is over the limit allowed by DHL. If it is, techSHIP will not return rates for any DHL E-Commerce services to avoid these extra charges.
There are two ways to solve this issue:
- Ship With a Different Carrier (Recommended)
- Disable the Length+Girth Validation
I. SHIP WITH A DIFFERENT CARRIER (RECOMMENDED)
The safest and recommended solution is to ship the oversized package using a different carrier that supports its dimensions.
To do this, edit the order information and use the Account field to change the carrier or account through which the order will be shipped. Then, process the order as usual.

II. DISABLE THE LENGTH+GIRTH VALIDATION
If you must ship with DHL, you can check the Disable Lenght+Girth validation (domestic) option to disable the validation from the Carrier Options tab at the Billing Account level, as detailed in How to add and set up a (v4) DHL Global Mail Billing Account [Step-by-Step guide]. Then, process the order as usual.
WARNING: Enabling this option is not recommended. While it allows you to process the order, DHL may still add surcharges to the final invoice not matching the provided quote.
