Carrier Tab

The Carrier tab contains the Baseline Account fields used to identify the carrier connection and define confirmed carrier-specific behavior. Highlighted fields indicate mandatory and optional configuration groups.

Username: Enter the Estes (REST) username used to authenticate the carrier connection.

Password: Enter the Estes (REST) password used with the Username to authenticate the carrier connection.

Print label format: Select the label format that techSHIP requests from Estes through the carrier API.

Sender name: Enter the sender contact name used for the warehouse induction address.

Sender company: Enter the sender company used for the warehouse induction address.

Address 1: Enter the primary street address for the sender warehouse induction address.

Address 2: Enter any additional sender address information when applicable.

City: Enter the city for the sender warehouse induction address.

State/province: Enter the state or province for the sender warehouse induction address.

Zip: Enter the postal code for the sender warehouse induction address.

Country: Select the country for the sender warehouse induction address.

Contact phone: Enter the contact phone number associated with the sender warehouse induction address.

Contact email: Enter the contact email address associated with the sender warehouse induction address.

Labels Tab

Set Mode to the confirmed label format supported for this carrier.

Select Save before continuing so the configured settings are applied.

Finalizing the Setup

Once the Baseline Account has been created, validated, and saved, continue with Reference Data: Estes (REST) Client (Billing) Account Fields [Guide].
