Adding a Baseline Account

Carrier Tab


The Carrier tab contains the Baseline Account fields used to identify the Whistl carrier connection and define confirmed carrier-specific configuration details. Red icons identify required fields, and blue icons identify fields not marked as required.



A

Username: Identifies the Whistl API user for the Baseline Account connection.

B

Password: Authenticates the configured Whistl Username for carrier API access.

C

Account number: Identifies the Whistl account assigned to the carrier connection.

D

Department id: Identifies the department value associated with the configured Whistl Account number, when applicable.

E

Sender name: Defines the sender contact name sent with shipments created through this Baseline Account.

F

Sender company: Defines the sender company name used as part of the default ship-from identity.

G

Address 1: Defines the first line of the sender address used as the default ship-from address.

H

Address 2: Defines the second line of the sender address when additional address detail is needed.

I

City: Defines the sender city for the default ship-from address.

J

State/province: Defines the sender state or province for regions that use state or province values.

K

Zip: Defines the sender postal code used for the default ship-from address.

Optional

Country: Defines the sender country for the default ship-from address.

Email: Defines the sender email address associated with the configured Whistl sender profile.

Phone: Defines the sender phone number associated with the configured Whistl sender profile.


Labels Tab


Set Mode to the confirmed label format supported for this carrier.

Select Save before continuing so the configured settings are applied.

  
   

    

Finalizing the Setup
