If your packing slips don't show the ship from address, the Packing Slips configuration has been skipped and is most empty.
Even though your packing slips will have the ship to information (obtained from the order), you will need to specify the ship from address on the billing account at the Client level. You can fix this problem easily.
Feel free to follow this video guide, or the step-by-step procedure below.
To do so:
- Access Clients under the Maintenance dropdown
- Select the Client and edit the billing/carrier account to which you wish to configure the packing slips.
- Click Packing Slips Config
- Complete the information as needed and press Save
After doing so, the Packing Slips will show the Ship TO information from the order and the Ship FROM information from this section.
