If your packing slips don't show the address or other related information, the Packing Slips configuration is most likely empty.

You can fix this problem easily.

To do so:

  1. Access Clients under the Maintenance dropdown

  2. Select the Client and edit the billing/carrier account to which you wish to configure the packing slips.

  3. Click Packing Slips Config

  4. Complete the information as needed and press Save
