How to download a previously generated Report [Step-by-step guide]

You can download a previously generated report, whether on-demand or scheduled, for data analysis and business intelligence.

NOTE: Make sure to read Understanding techTRACK Reports [Information] before proceeding. If you need to generate a new report, refer to How to generate techTRACK Reports (Generic) [Step-by-step guide].

To download a previously generated report:

1. Click Reports History from the left menu under the Reports section.

2. If the report status is not "Processed," click Refresh and try again.

3. Press Actions and then click Export.

Now you can choose the file location and use the downloaded file for data analysis.
