The Tracking Performance Report can be generated from techTRACK, and will allow you to download a CSV file detailing the Tracking Number, Status, Shipper and Carrier information, Ship to and References, as well as Manifest information, together with activity, induction and additional data.
Feel free to follow the step-by-step guide or watch the video, as you prefer:
To generate a report you will have to:
1. Click Reports
2. Select Generate Report
3. Search for Tracking Performance by Name and click Generate
After doing so, techTRACK will open the parameters screen.
4. Define the parameters accordingly:
- Warehouse: Choose for which Warehouse you will generate the report; leave empty for all
- Shipper: Choose for which Client you will generate the report; leave empty for all
- Carrier: Choose for which Carrier you will generate the report; leave empty for all
- Induction/Delivery options: Check those that you'd like to include as part of the report
- Start/End date: Define the date threshold for your report; note that as detailed the maximum spread is 45 days, and if a higher threshold is provided, the report will include 45 days only
5. Press Get to request its generation; You will be taken to the Report Queues, where the process (which might take a few seconds/minutes depending on the information volume included) will begin
6. Press Download to download the CSV file (you might need to refresh the page if the Download button doesn't appear)
