When managing Shipments, you might need to find a Lot Number associated with a specific shipment line. This might be for record-keeping, or when the fulfiller attaches the lot number as a placeholder for tracking.
WARNING: This feature is available for supported fulfillment channels only. For a complete list of supported Fulfillment Channels, refer to techOMS Fulfillment Channels - Master List [Guides List].
NOTE: Make sure that you are operating at the right Vendor/Warehouse beforehand.
To view a lot number:
1. Click Shipments from the left menu under the Sales section.
2. Use the available filters to find the desired shipment.
3. Click on the desired shipment.
4. View the lot number at the line level in the Lot # column.
