Carrier Tab


The Carrier tab contains the Baseline Account fields used to identify the carrier connection and define confirmed carrier-specific behavior. Highlighted fields indicate mandatory and optional configuration groups.

A

Username: Identifies the Whistl API user used to authenticate the carrier connection.

     

B

Password: Authenticates the Whistl API user configured in the Baseline Account.

     

C

Account number: Identifies the Whistl account used for the carrier connection.

     

D

Department id: Identifies the department value associated with the configured Whistl account.

     

E

Sender name: Defines the sender contact name used with the configured carrier connection.

     

F

Sender company: Defines the sender company name used with the configured carrier connection.

     

G

Address 1: Defines the first sender address line used with the configured carrier connection.

     

H

Address 2: Defines the second sender address line used with the configured carrier connection.

     

I

City: Defines the sender city used with the configured carrier connection.

     

J

State/province: Defines the sender state or province used with the configured carrier connection.

     

K

Zip: Defines the sender postal or ZIP code used with the configured carrier connection.

     

Optional

Country: Defines the sender country used with the configured carrier connection.

     

Mandatory

Email: Defines the sender email used with the configured carrier connection.

     

Optional

Phone: Defines the sender phone number used with the configured carrier connection.

Set Mode to the confirmed label format supported for this carrier.

   


Warning

Select Save before continuing so the configured settings are applied.
