How to View Sales Orders Statistics [Step-by-Step guide]

You can view the sales order statistics using the Statistics & Exceptions Dashboard to perform analysis and troubleshooting.


WARNING: This feature is in beta and supports only beta Sales Channels. All data displayed and processed here is exclusively derived from beta Sales Channels. For a complete list of supported Sales Channels, refer to techOMS Sales Channels - Master List [Guides List].


To view the sales orders statistics:


1. Filter the desired sales data in the dashboard.


For detailed filtering instructions, refer to the "Filtering data" section in the Getting Started With the techOMS Statistics & Exceptions Dashboard [Information].


2. Analyze the dashboard's sales orders data


The first row shows tiles with the number of orders with the following statuses:

  • Total Orders
  • Draft Orders
  • Approved Orders
  • Approved Order w/o Shipment
  • Fulfilling Orders
  • Shipped Orders
  • Cancelled Orders


The second row shows tiles with the number of lines (within those orders) with the following statuses:

  • Total Lines
  • Draft Lines
  • Approved Lines
  • Approved Lines w/o Shipment
  • Fulfilling Lines
  • Shipped Lines
  • Cancelled Lines



These tiles include data for all the filtered sales orders, with and without errors. To troubleshoot orders with exceptions (errors), refer to How to Handle Orders Exceptions [Step-by-Step guide].
