Modified on Fri, 23 Jun 2023 at 03:31 PM

To connect Shopify, you will have to, first, create a Sales Channel connection, and then, set up the connection parameters.

Once the connection has been established between the system and techOMS, you will be able to push and update Sales Orders, get stock updates and synchronize inventory.

The process consists in two phases:

1) Create the channel

2) Configure additional parameters

NOTE: Make sure that you are operating at the right Vendor/Warehouse beforehand.

CREATE CHANNEL

To create the Sales Channel you will have to:

1. Click Channels under Sales Channels

2. Click Create to deploy the fields for creation

3. Complete the fields accordingly

  • Application: Select Shopify from the dropdown
  • Name: Sales Channel's name
  • Shop Domain: Shopify shop domain (e.g. myshop.myshopify.com)

4. Press Registration to apply the changes; you will be redirected to Shopify's login page
