Shipment weight 100 exceeds maximum. ECO mode supports single parcel up to 99.999 [Solution]

When processing orders you might come across the "Shipment weight 100 exceeds maximum. ECO mode supports single parcel up to 99.999" error.



This message is shown when there is an attempt to process an order that has one or more packages weighing more than 99.9 pounds.


Feel free to follow this video guide, or the step-by-step procedure below.




To solve this issue you will have to:


1. Click the Edit button of the order that contains the box you need to correct



2. Select the Packaging tab; this tab shows a list of all the boxes included in the order


3. Verify the weight of the boxes as required; you might need to split the order, do the necessary changes (either delete or rearrange the cartons)

WARNING: Setting weights that do not match with the real carton information might apply additional charges or penalties by the Carrier. Splitting the order is recommended.


4. Press Save to apply changes
