When updating Shopify Sales Orders, you might come across the "ShopifySharp.ShopifyException: X-Request-ID: . The SSL connection could not be established" error.

ShopifySharp.ShopifyException: X-Request-ID: . The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.

This issue is related to the Shopify server not being available at the time of the update.
To solve this issue, you will have to resend the order to Shopify.

NOTE: Make sure that you are operating at the right Vendor/Warehouse beforehand.

To do so, you will have to:

1) Click Sales Orders

2) Click the Sales Orders number to open it

3) Open the Save dropdown and click Push to Sales Channel

4) Confirm the action by pressing OK

The order will be enqueued to be pushed to Shopify. Verify Shopify to make sure it got updated, or if you still have issues, check the logs in techOMS to see if there are any additional problems as described in How to verify Sales Channels activity logs [Step-by-step guide]
