Which trackings are included in Performance Dashboard statistics? [Information]

Modified on Mon, 24 Mar at 5:39 PM

The techTRACK Performance Dashboard helps you monitor shipments with issues such as Late Induction, Late Delivery, and Failed Delivery, allowing you to identify patterns and take corrective actions.

This article is divided into the following sections:

  • Accessing the Performance Dashboard
  • Data composition
  • Structure
  • Filtering and exporting tracking data

ACCESSING THE PERFORMANCE DASHBOARD

To access the Performance Dashboard, click on Performance Dashboard from the left menu under the Track section.

DATA COMPOSITION

The data considered by the Performance Dashboard includes only trackings taken by the carrier, provided that:

  • They were manifested in techSHIP, and thus transferred to techTRACK.
  • The Induction Date (Pickup Date) is not empty. This indicates that the carrier reported activity and it was properly stored in techTRACK.
  • During monitoring, this date is updated when techTRACK successfully connects with the carrier.

STRUCTURE

The Performance Dashboard has two main sections:

A. Statistics Information: Displays the percentage of Late Delivery, Late Induction, and Failed Delivery. These values can be filtered using the controls above them.

B. Tracking InformationDisplays a detailed table of monitored shipments, which can be filtered independently.

In this table, dates are defined as:

  • Creation date: Date when the record has been created.
  • Induction date: Date on which the carrier picked up and began processing the package (Factual Induction date).
  • Delivery date: Date on which the package was effectively delivered to the consignee.

WARNING: Note that both sections are filtered independently.

FILTERING AND EXPORTING TRACKING DATA

To filter and export the tracking table:

1. Open the Performance Dashboard.

2. Filter the tracking table by setting a time window.

You can choose between 5, 14, or 30 days by adjusting the value in the "Detail information is available for the last X days" setting.

NOTE: The Induction Date is the reference date when filtering by date.

3. Optionally, further filter the tracking table by delivery issue:

  • All (default): No additional filtering.
  • Not Inducted: The package has not yet entered the carrier's system.
  • Late Induction: Pickup and processing were delayed.
  • Late Delivery: The package was delivered after the expected date.
  • Failed Delivery: The package could not be delivered.

NOTE: Clicking on a summary index (Late Induction, Late Delivery, or Failed Delivery) automatically filters the table by that specific issue. However, note that the remaining filters for the statistics and tracking sections are independent.

4. Optionally, press Export to download the tracking table as a CSV file.
