How to restore Alternate Products or Bundles' list [Step-by-Step guide]

You can restore the last catalogue of Alternate Products or Product Bundles easily if needed. Each time you import these, techOMS will generate a backup of the catalogue, which can later be restored if needed.

 

WARNING: Restore Product Bundles is only available when the Account's Master Product Source is set to techOMS. To learn more, see Understanding the techOMS Master Product Source [Information].

 

NOTE: Make sure that you are operating at the right Vendor/Warehouse beforehand.


To do so, you will have to:


1. Click Products under Inventory


2. Click Maintenance and select Import Alternate Products or Import Product Bundles according to the case from the dropdown list



3. Click on the Restore from backup copy checkbox (will hide other fields); note that techOMS will show the backup copy's version


4. Press the Import button to complete the process
