How to Enable/Disable Custom Rates for a Carrier [Step-by-Step Guide]

You can enable or disable custom rates for a specific carrier to use your own custom rates table or use the carrier rates.

NOTE: If you already have custom rates enabled for a carrier and you wish to disable them, we recommend backing up the custom rates table by exporting it before continuing.

To enable or disable custom rates for a carrier:

1. Find the desired carrier by clicking on My Carriers from the left menu under the Carriers section.

2. Edit the desired carrier by clicking the Settings button.

3. Set the Enable custom rates field to:

Checked: To enable custom rates for this carrier (instead of using the carrier rates).
Unchecked: To disable custom rates for this carrier (and use carrier rates instead).

4. Press Save.
