Modified on Thu, 6 Mar at 1:12 PM

You can import the custom rates settings for a specific carrier from a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet (XLSX) file to immediately apply the imported rates.

WARNING: The XLSX file must be in the correct format with the correct columns. Please refer to How to Set Up Custom Rates for a Carrier [Step-by-Step Guide] for a comprehensive guide.

To import the custom rates settings for a carrier from an XLSX file:

1. Find the desired carrier by clicking on My Carriers from the left menu under the Carriers section.

2. Edit the desired carrier by clicking the Settings button.

3. If needed, enable custom rates by checking the corresponding box and pressing Save.

4. Click on the Rates tab.

5. Press Import.

6. Click Files to select the file you would like to import.

7. Set the Replace Existing Rates field to:

  • Checked: To replace all existing records in the custom rates table with the imported ones.
  • Unchecked: To add the imported records to the custom rates table.

WARNING: As this option does not check for any conflicts, ensure the imported records do not overlap with the existing ones. Overlapping records may lead to unexpected behavior.

8. Press Import.

As a result, the imported custom rates are uploaded and immediately applied.
