You can delete a sales channel to permanently stop all its operations.

Deleting a sales channel will:
- Immediately stop all related activities (such as order, shipment, product, and inventory synchronization).
- Delete all channel logs (sales order logs and sales order queue).
- Keep all orders and shipments for historical data records.
- Preserve all unfulfilled orders (draft, approved, fulfilling, and shot-shipped) as such.
This action requires special permissions. Refer to techOMS User permissions structure [Information] to verify your permissions.
To delete a sales channel:
1. Select the desired account from the header switcher.
2. Click Channels from the left menu under the Sales Channels section.
3. Click on the sales channel name.
4. Press Delete.
5. Press OK.
As a result, the sales channel is immediately deleted. All its orders will be preserved for your records.
If you need to reconnect to the deleted sales channel, you have to set it up again by referring to How to Create a Sales Channel [Step-by-step guide].
