Once the Ship Status is Completed, you can download the Proof of Delivery (PoD) files provided by the carrier and use them for your own records.
NOTE: This feature is available when using the specific PoD value-added services offered by Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS only.
To get the PoD files:
1. Open the tracking details.
2. Press Get proof of delivery at the bottom of the page.
3. Enter the destination (ship-to) postal code.
4. Press Verify.
NOTE: If an error message appears stating:
- "Pod is not found": ensure that the used carrier service provides PoD. If so and the error persists, the PoD might still be available on the carrier's website.
- "The destination postal code is incorrect": verify the entered destination postal code.
5. Press Download for the desired documents.
6. Select the file destination and Save.
