Viewing tracking details allows you to monitor the location of goods, enhance customer satisfaction, resolve shipment issues, and ensure regulatory compliance.
To view tracking details, first determine if you have the tracking number:
- If you have the tracking number:
- A. Use the header search bar.
- B. Use the homepage search bar.
- If you do not have the tracking number:
- C. Use the tracking section.
A. USE THE HEADER SEARCH BAR
1. Enter the tracking number in the header search bar.
2. Click the search icon or press enter.
B. USE THE HOMEPAGE SEARCH BAR
1. Click Home from left menu.
2. Enter the tracking number in the search bar.
3. Click the search icon or press enter.
C. USE THE TRACKING SECTION
1. Click Trackings from the left menu under the Track section.
2. Find the desired shipment.
3. Click the tracking number.
