Dashboards for both techSHIP and techOMS are organized into three categories to better suit your business needs:
- Core Insights: Essential dashboards providing standard operational visibility.
- Deep Insights: Advanced dashboards offering granular, comparative analysis and drill-down capabilities.
- Tailored Insights: Custom-built dashboards available upon request.

Standard dashboards (Core and Deep) are pre-configured and cannot be customized. If your business requires specific metrics or unique visualizations, Techdinamics offers Tailored Insights as an add-on service. Please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to discuss your requirements

techTRACK Dependency
The Delivery Performance and Late Induction (Late Delivery) dashboards rely on specific tracking metrics—such as tracking status, in-transit time, or delivery performance—that are only available with an active techTRACK subscription
Beta Dashboards
Dashboards marked as (Beta) indicate that their features and data visualizations are subject to change.
