When operating in the Performance View in techTrack, the different Dates information will most likely be very useful for you to control if a shipment has been handled correctly and in time by your staff or the carrier.
The definitions for each one of these columns are:
- Creation date: Date when the record has been created
- Induction date: Date at which the carrier has picked up and began processing the package (Factual Induction date)
- Delivery date: Date at which the package was effectively delivered to the consignee
