All tracking events have their own location, which allows you to follow the events of a shipment on a map.
NOTE: This feature is available only when using services that provide geolocation data from supported carriers.
WARNING: To protect privacy, the map shows the approximate shipment location at the time of the event, not the exact address.
To view a shipment location:
1. Open the tracking details.
2. Click View Location for the desired event.
The shipment location map displays tooltips and markers with event details:
- Current event location (red marker): The selected event's location. If you clicked the most recent event, this is also the current shipment location.
- Origin (blue marker): Shipment origin.
- Destination (blue marker): Shipment destination.
Use the zoom buttons to zoom in or out.
You can click View Location again to close the map.
